Once we ship your order, you should receive a shipping confirmation number via email within 24-48 hours to track your order.

Unfortunately, it can happen that your order is damaged during delivery. As a customer, there is nothing you can do about it. In this case, please contact our customer service immediately by sending an email to contact@vyanacollective.com.

It is necessary to take photos of the complaint and attach them to your email. Our customer service will process your message as quickly as possible and work with you to find the best solution.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

If you have just received a shipping notification, please allow 1 to 3 business days for the tracking information to be updated in the courier's system.
