Returning products is easy.
We do not charge restocking fees or any additional handling fees. We also accept exchanges.
To initiate a return or exchange, please submit your request on Returns and Exchange portal. An automated email will provide you with return instructions.
Return Shipping Costs

Return Conditions
Only products in NEW condition can be returned. This means the item must be:

- Unwashed
- In its original condition
- With all original tags and labels attached

Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
After 24 hours, order processing may have begun and cancellation may no longer be possible. If your order has already been processed or shipped, you may request a return in accordance with this policy after receiving the item.
Final Sale Items
Products purchased from the Clearance collection are considered final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless required by applicable law.
Refund Processing
Once we have received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. The amount will be credited to the original payment method used to place the order.
