You have the right to return your order within a 30 days of receipt.

Returning products is easy.

All returns are free. We don't charge restocking fees or additional fees. We also accept exchanges.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email contact@vyanacollective.com with your order details. Our customer service team will provide you with return instructions.

Please note: Only products in NEW condition can be returned. This means the item must be unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and labels still attached.

Once we have received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. The amount will be credited to the payment card you used to place your order.

We comply with all relevant laws regarding returns and refunds.

We reserve the right to change this return and refund policy at any time to comply with applicable law.
